This is my first day or can say my first night when I arrived at KLIA. Its been quite some time that I did come back to KL. However this trip isnt all about play but more or study. Its kind of nostalgic though but its fun. Overall its just something different for a change.
My bro came and picked me up at the airport and send me to the place that I am going to stay. But before that, we went for a little bite. Its at the Asia Cafe around Subang Jaya. Oh man...time passed us so fast that it is so different compare to the time that I went there. Other than that, the environment here are quite different as even still during late at night there are still shops open for business, food stores, people here and there.
Right now I am a bit rusty with blogging. Even putting photos at the right position is driving me nuts. Might as well just leave it as it is for the time being. Damn...but then I've gotten a bit lazy though. Sometimes wanting to write something but then turns out to be doing nothing other than surfing other things online. As a matter of fact, I cant go online for the last couple of days because there are not internet connection over there. However I manage to 'borrow' someone's wireless connection over there.
This is my meal on the so-called first night in KL. This is at Nando's where their chicken are really superb and also their fries are out of this world. I would really recommend this plus their sauce that are provided there are really something. Hahaha! I am still thinking about their taste and wanting seconds. ^_^On Monday considering the first day in Sungai Buloh, I basically meet up with my old time buddy from Curtin, Martin whom had been working in KL for quite some time. We planned to meet up at MidValley together with Emily too. Having quite a mighty time there. However the trip from my hotel to MidValley is really gruesome. The traffic there is really bad and there are traffic jams everywhere. I was wondering whether how would I survive the jams around here. As a matter of fact, I might take second thoughts, if I am staying here, taking the car out to town. I feared that I might not be able to make it back to my house early, depending on where I stayed. As a matter of fact, had a little chit chat with the taxi driver and he told me that the road leading to Angkasapuri will be so jammed that it will last till 12 midnight. Bloody hell.....I was shocked.
The environment and also the food there is great. Take a look at the chicken salad that Emily ordered. It looks more of a main course to me though. After having this, I do not think you would want to other another meal. Hahaha!
At another day, I got lost getting the right KTM to the right place. Instead of going to KL Central, I end up going to the other direction from Sungai Buloh to Kuang. Luckily I asked a passerby and she told me that I've gotten to the wrong direction. It somehow took me 2 hours to reach Setia Jaya. Hahah! But its fun though. Going on your own in the big city and exploring.
These are all the people that I went there to meet. As its been quite a long time that I did not see them. Its kind of like a mixed feeling seeing them again. Overall I had a great time over there as without them...I do not know how to get home when it is already late. Hahah! Thanks people especially Swee Lai. He sent me here and there for the whole time that I was in KL. I guess I was not built to last in KL. Hahah! Because I find that I might need some time to adapt to the place there if I planned to carry on my career here. Moreover its even more great if you are coming over here for a vacation. I really dig the food and also the place here. Anyway....its great and I think I need to close this now.
